RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind our loose leaf teas, and are proud to source the highest quality ingredients from across India. If you feel the quality of our products is less than expected, please contact our customer service at info@alayatea.co within 7 days of your order delivery date.
As a food manufacturer, we are unable to accept returns, and we do not honor exchanges or refunds if the issue is a matter of personal taste preference. We do honor replacements or website credit for quality issues. We reserve the right to evaluate situations on a case by case basis.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
We focus on small lots of organic loose leaf teas and herbs, sourced directly from tea estates and farms. All of Alaya's loose leaf teas have been plucked this season; we order seasonally and therefore, have the freshest ingredients. For a wholesale pricing list and samples, please email wholesale@alayatea.co.

SHIPPING INFO
Do you offer free shipping?
Occasionally, on special offers. Be on the lookout for free shipping promotions on our website.
What is your shipping method?
We ship via USPS within the United States. At this time, we aren't able to offer international shipping. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you need to receive your shipment by a specific date.
Do you ship everyday?
Yes, Monday through Friday. We are a small company, so our in-house turnaround times are typically 2-3 business days (this does not include the postal transit time). If you're placing a rush tea order, write us a quick note at before you checkout, and we'll do our best to meet your timeline.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee shipping times unless we correspond prior to the order being placed.
What shipping materials do you use?
We ship our tea plastic free, using biodegradable/compostable corn-based packaging.
Where is my package?
The best option is for you to first inquire with your local post office and neighbors. In our experience with helping customers with lost packages oftentimes their neighbors are holding them or they show up in a day or two. If your package is nowhere to be found, drop us a line at info@alayatea.co and we'll get right to it!

Are your products compostable?
Yes! From the stand-up pouch, to the label, to the loose-leaf tea inside -- we use compostable materials.
