A unique offering, our Darjeeling Green tea has not been oxidized like its counterpart, Darjeeling Second Flush, and thus it retains its green color and is dried and rolled shortly after being harvested. This fragrant, aromatic organic Green tea is light, refreshing, and nutty, and comes from a certified regenerative organic tea estate at the base of the Himalayas. Try Darjeeling Green iced, for a delicate cold brew in summer months.

A Tea for all Time...

*"Assam Golden Tippy" is a full robust tea, slightly astringent, with an aromatic hint of maltiness, and mildly bitter, that is a perfect morning brew. Organic Wildflower Honey (from my own beehives) is all I add to enhance my tea drinking experience, never milk (if I did it would be goat's milk from my own herd.).

*"Darjeeling First Flush Black" Tea embodies wispy floral notes, with a silky-like texture, which has an aromatic delicate fruity fragrance, and only having a mild bitterness. This makes for a wonderful late afternoon tea, which I prefer to enjoy without adding anything else, but maybe for the occasional teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

*"Darjeeling Green" Tea makes a delicious evening tea, having a slight herbaceous aroma, with mild tones of an earthy flavor, possessing a rice-paper like texture, and a subtle hint of bitterness. If there's anything that I might add to this delightful brew, is a sprig of fresh peppermint (from my own garden), and a touch of honey (made by my own bees).
