This unique, Indian Oolong tea hails from a family-owned tea estate in Bihar, an Indian state bordering Darjeeling. Indian Oolongs are a lighter oxidized version of their black tea counterparts. Best drunk without milk, they have a beautiful amber color with notes of roasted walnuts and molasses. The large leaves unravel when brewed, leaving behind a delicate, yet full-bodied tea.
