Darjeeling First Flush: The so-called Champagne of teas: Darjeeling First Flush is the lightest and most delicate of all Darjeeling teas, grown at the base of the Himalayas. Certified organic.

Darjeeling Second Flush: Harvested in the second picking of the year, Darjeeling Second Flush tea leaves are more full-bodied than its First Flush counterpart. Yet they still retain that quintessential floral taste unique to Darjeeling tea, which comes from the unique terroir of this Himalayan region. Certified organic.

Bihar Oolong: Indian Oolongs are a lighter oxidized version of their black tea counterparts. Best drunk without milk, they have a beautiful amber color with notes of roasted walnuts and molasses. The large leaves unravel when brewed, leaving behind a delicate, yet full-bodied tea.
This tea comes from the Doke Tea Estate, which sits on the eastern edge of Bihar. It’s the only premium, organic-certified tea estate in the state, and specializes in hand-made artisanal teas that have a nuanced flavor palette.

Infuser: for easy, plastic-free brewing (even on the go!), our teas come with a stainless steel infuser. We recommend brewing in a teapot, if you do have the time.
